• 2 days per week -- flexible on which days; hours per day also flexible
• 15 - 22 patients per day depending on SNF census
• Skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Open to both internal medicine and family medicine -- adults only
• Standard outpatient primary care for SNF -- regulatory visits required
• Hospital privileges required
• 1 year minimum commitment
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
