Compensation: $529,293 - $562,253, eligible for sign-on bonus

Position Highlights

• Full-time role as an Interventional Pain Management Physician
• Join a well-established practice with a collaborative and supportive team
• Responsibilities include both clinical duties and procedural work, with clinics located in South Shore and Oak Creek
• Diverse patient demographics with a strong referral network from the local community
• Engage in a variety of procedures such as Epidural Steroid Injections, Sympathetic Celiac Blocks, Sacroiliac Joint Injections, Facet Injections, Medial Branch Blocks (Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar), and Spine Stimulation
• Procedures will be conducted at Aurora St. Luke's South Shore hospital, a respected community facility serving the area since 1958
• Work alongside an experienced team, including RN Care Coordinators, Medical Assistants, and Surgery Schedulers, with full OR support
• Enjoy an excellent work-life balance with no on-call requirements
• Utilize EPIC EMR for efficient patient management
• Be part of a nationally recognized organization with a physician-led medical group and integrated service lines
• Access DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool that enhances workflow by generating draft patient notes for review and signature
• Experience a commitment to providing safe and equitable care for all patients

Training and Experience Required

• Completion of an Anesthesiology or Physiatry residency program
• Completion of an accredited Interventional Pain fellowship
• Open to both new graduates and experienced professionals
