As the Barback at the Stateside Vodka Bar, you'll support bartenders and the floor team to keep service fast, organized, and guest-focused. This hands-on role maintains bar stations, restocks supplies, handles glassware and bussing, and helps ensure a clean, safe, and well-stocked bar during shifts.

This is a part-time position working Fridays and Saturdays, with potential to work Sundays as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Support bartenders by keeping the bar stocked for service.
• Keep the bar clean and safe: wipe surfaces, sweep, mop, and follow sanitation procedures.
• Clear and wash glassware quickly and efficiently; keep dishwashing area organized.
• Assist with deliveries and inventory: receive shipments, store product, and help track stock levels.
• Support opening and closing tasks including setup, breakdown, and secure storage of supplies.
• Follow all safety, health, and alcohol service policies.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of bar, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
• Willingness and ability to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer use.
• Military experience is a plus.

Compensation

• $12-$15 USD per hour plus tips.
