Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

6 8 years of construction project management experience with a General Contractor.

Proven experience managing commercial construction projects

Hands-on experience with: Sitework, Concrete, Building erection

Strong understanding of construction means, methods, sequencing, and project execution.

Experience managing subcontractors and multiple project scopes simultaneously.

Strong knowledge of construction schedules, budgets, contracts, and change management.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
