- License/Certs: TX or compact state LPT license, BLS (AHA) required
- Experience: Prior outpatient therapy experience highly preferred
- Pay Rate: $60.30/hour

- Assess, plan, and evaluate outpatient therapy needs for various patient types (orthopedic, balance, deconditioned, pain management, etc.)
- Gather pertinent patient data from charts and coordinate with physicians
- Independently evaluate patients and develop measurable, realistic goals
- Reassess patient progress regularly and adjust care plans accordingly
- Identify equipment needs and involve patients and families in care planning
- Ensure adherence to all standards of practice and regulatory policies
- Document patient care interventions accurately and thoroughly
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and institutional guidelines
- Valid LPT license in Texas or a compact state
- Bachelor's degree (Doctorate preferred) in Physical Therapy
- BLS certification (AHA) preferred
- Minimum prior outpatient therapy experience is highly desired
- Strong assessment, communication, and decision-making skills
