Chrysalis Psychiatry is a growing outpatient mental health practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico nestled in the Rio Grande Valley with the beautiful Sandia Mountains at its edge. We specialize in high quality, evidence-based treatments, offering comprehensive services such as medication management and interventional therapies for PTSD, depression, and other mental health conditions.
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatrist to join our team.?At Chrysalis Psychiatry, we offer a dynamic environment where you can grow your career and develop skills in leading medical technologies such as TMS, psychotherapy, academic research, Ketamine therapy and more, all while making a meaningful impact in New Mexico's diverse population. Key Responsibilities:Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide medication management and psychotherapy.
Administer TMS motor thresholds and monitor patient progress.
Provide clinical supervision and oversight to mid-level practitioners, including ongoing consultation, case review, and support for clinical decision-making.
Collaborate with the clinical leadership team to support quality of care, clinical standards, and professional development across the practice.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records; billing must match time scheduled with patients.
