Schedule:

• Typically Sunday through Thursday, offering a consistent schedule with flexibility when needed. Standard hours are 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM, providing a great balance between mornings and evenings.

• In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with candidates, review applicants, and help build an outstanding team while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

As Dining Services Manager, you will oversee the daily dining room operation while leading and developing a hospitality-focused service team.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead daily front-of-house dining operations

• Manage staffing, scheduling, floor execution, and service standards

• Coach and develop servers and dining room staff

• Ensure exceptional hospitality and resident satisfaction

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation standards

• Partner with culinary leadership to deliver a seamless dining experience

• Support hiring, onboarding, and team accountability

• Create a warm, polished, restaurant-style atmosphere for residents and guests

What We’re Looking For:

• Restaurant, hospitality, country club, hotel, or senior living dining leadership experience

• Experience managing and developing service staff

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to lead in a fast-paced hospitality environment

• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences

• Experience with scheduling, team leadership, and service execution preferred
