We are seeking a person for Front Office, Surgery Scheduling and, on occasion, assist Back Office staff to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Appointments, answer telephones, check-In patients, perform routine administrative responsibilities
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
- Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing verification and procedures
- Escort patients to exam rooms
- Schedule Surgeries for solo practice doctor
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Medical Assistant or other qualified certification
- Previous experience in Medical Office, preferably OB/GYN
- Familiarity with medical insurance verification
- Schedule Surgery
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Solo Practice OB/GYN and friendly co-workers. This is part time job. 25-30 hours per week. A great opportunity for someone who is raising children and wants to work part time. M, T, Th 8:30-5 and alternating Wed and Friday 8:30-12:30
