Job Title: Controller Location: Claremore, OK Type: Full-Time Compensation: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: 40.0 Position Overview We are seeking a hands‑on Controller to lead all accounting and finance functions for a growing manufacturing company. This role requires strong technical accounting skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to own and improve the close process. Key Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) Manage full‑cycle accounting: A/P, A/R, general ledger, and reconciliations Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain internal controls Oversee cost accounting, including standard costing, inventory, and variance analysis Partner with operations to improve costing, margins, and efficiency Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and reporting requirements Provide financial insights to support business decisions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 8+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing Strong cost accounting and inventory experience Proven ability to manage full‑cycle accounting independently Experience improving month‑end close processes Solid understanding of GAAP System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
