Job Title: Carpenter Foreman – Commercial Construction (All Phases)

Pay Rate: $30–$45 per hour (DOE)

Location: Denver Metro Area, Colorado Springs, and Northern Colorado

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter Foreman to lead crews on commercial construction projects across multiple locations in Colorado. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong blueprint reading skills, and the ability to manage projects across all phases of construction — from structural framing through interior finish work. The ideal candidate is a working foreman who can coordinate daily operations while actively performing carpentry tasks alongside their crew.

Required Skills (Needs)

• 6+ years of commercial carpentry experience
• Previous experience as a Lead Carpenter or Carpenter Foreman
• Strong experience on large commercial construction projects
• Ability to lead and manage crews, including training apprentice carpenters
• Proven ability to perform all phases of commercial carpentry
• Strong blueprint reading, layout, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with layout, framing, backing, blocking, and installation work
• Knowledge of doors, frames, hardware support, and punch list completion
• Ability to plan daily work, assign tasks, and maintain production standards
• Commitment to job site safety, quality, and productivity
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Preferred Skills (Wants)

• Experience working for large General Contractors
• OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 strongly preferred)
• CITC, Union Apprenticeship, or equivalent formal training
• Experience with field software such as Procore
• Equipment operation experience (telehandler, forklift, scissor/boom lifts, skid steer)
• Strong communication and crew coordination skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Englewood, CO.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $45.00/hr.
