Office Location: 1010 Plymouth Road, Suite D York, PA 17402

Coverage area: Lancaster, PA- Can be asked to travel throughout territory as patient needs warrant

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM. On-call rotation and holiday coverage requirement

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation
• 1 year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred
• Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred
• Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care
• Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
