IT Business Analyst, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne

Job Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in IT business analysis specifically within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments.

• Proficiency in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne upgrade methodologies and large-scale ERP implementation lifecycles.

• Experience with JDE Orchestrations and optimizing procurement or purchasing functional business processes.

• Experience in orchestrating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), functional validation, and complex defect remediation.

• Experience with documenting technical functional specifications, user stories, and future-state workflow diagrams.

• Experience with post-production hypercare coordination and managing technical project artifacts in a developer-facing role.

• Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical ERP concepts into clear business solutions for stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the functional workstreams for a comprehensive JD Edwards EnterpriseOne system upgrade and modernization.

• Architect detailed business requirement documents and functional specifications for technical development teams.

• Coordinate end-to-end system testing and UAT cycles to validate technical enhancements and system stability.

• Execute root-cause analysis for identified defects and partner with developers on technical remediation efforts.

• Integrate improved future-state processes within the JDE ecosystem to drive measurable operational efficiency.

• Manage post-deployment hypercare support and prioritize issue resolution based on technical and business impact.

• Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, test scenarios, and requirement traceability matrices.
