Manager, Supply Chain Management

Supply Chain Manager Lead and manage supply chain planning to ensure alignment with strategic account goals. Coordinate across departments to ensure capacity planning and site utilization are optimized for current and future demand. Material Planning & Execution Oversee the Clear to Build (CTB) process: Ensure all materials are available for production. Proactively identify and resolve shortages by collaborating with warehouse, procurement, and manufacturing teams. Inventory Management Own and manage inventory levels across the supply chain: Maintain inventory within target thresholds. Monitor and reduce excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory. Drive corrective actions to align with inventory targets. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track and analyze supply chain KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory turns, CTB rate). Identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation or improvement plans. Demand & Supply Alignment Lead supply/demand reviews: Ensure accurate forecasting and planning. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand demand and service expectations. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely material availability. Build and maintain strong relationships with forwarders/logistics partners to manage inbound/outbound flows. Tool & Process Enhancement Drive IT tool enhancements to support demand planning, material planning, reporting and analytics. Collaborate with IT and planning teams to implement and optimize planning systems.
