Schedule: Monday-Friday starting at 6:00AM

Sohn Linen Service in Lansing MI is seeking a dedicated, reliable and safe individual to join our team.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of linens, uniforms and other products to our customers. You will have the opportunity to interact with customers on a regular basis, providing exceptional customer service and building relationships that foster loyalty and repeat business.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong attention to detail. You must be able to work independently and be comfortable navigating different routes and locations. A clean driving record is required for this position as well as a valid chauffeur driver's license.

You will be responsible for loading and unloading delivery vehicles, maintaining accurate inventory counts, and resolving any customer service issues that may arise. You will be the face of Sohn Linen to our customers, so it is essential that you embody our commitment to excellence in customer service and safety.

Essentials for success:

• A valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.

• A current DOT medical card or the ability to acquire one upon hire.

• Prior experience driving a box truck in a shipping, receiving, or delivery role is required.

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

• The physical ability to routinely lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 lbs with or without assistance.

• A strong customer-service focus with excellent communication skills.

• Rock-solid dependability, reliability, and punctuality.

• A thorough knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving techniques.

• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
