Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver emergency care to patients with various levels of severity, including trauma and acute conditions.
• Triage and assess patients rapidly to determine priority of care.
• Manage patient flow and direct to bed assignments efficiently.
• Perform clinical skills such as PIV, NG/OG tube placements, and wound care.
• Assist in procedures like art line and central line placements as needed.
• Float to other departments as required to meet facility staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with 2+ years of ER experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year travel nursing experience.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC is mandatory.
• Experience handling various emergency cases, including stroke and trauma.
• Capability to manage a patient ratio of 4-5:1 with ESI level 3 patients.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
