WEB DEVELOPER (FULL-TIME, IN OFFICE) Location: Houston, TX Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Interview Type: In-Person Interview Required Rise Capital Group is a Houston-based investment firm focused on Oil & Gas, Real Estate, and Alternative Investments. We are expanding our internal team and seeking an experienced Web Developer to lead the redesign, development, optimization, and ongoing management of multiple corporate websites and digital assets. This is not a freelance or remote position. We are looking for a dedicated team member who will work alongside our marketing, operations, investor relations, and executive teams in our Houston office. We are a technology-driven company and expect team members to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to maximize productivity, efficiency, and innovation. Position Overview The ideal candidate is a highly skilled web developer with experience building professional corporate websites that are fast, modern, conversion-focused, and optimized for user experience. Experience in financial services, investment firms, private equity, capital markets, real estate investment, oil and gas, energy, or other corporate industries is highly preferred. This role will be responsible for rebuilding and managing multiple company websites while maintaining a consistent and professional brand presence across all digital properties. AI PROFICIENCY REQUIREMENT We are seeking a developer who actively utilizes Artificial Intelligence tools as part of their daily workflow. Candidates should be comfortable using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies to improve efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate understands how to use AI effectively while maintaining accuracy, quality control, and professional standards. Candidates who do not currently use AI tools in their daily workflow may not be a strong fit for this position. Compensation • $50,000 - $65,000+ per year + Bonus • Competitive salary based on experience, qualifications, and portfolio Responsibilities: • Rebuild and redesign existing company websites • Develop modern, responsive, mobile-friendly websites • Create premium corporate user experiences • Optimize websites for speed, performance, SEO, and lead generation • Build landing pages, funnels, and marketing campaigns • Integrate CRM systems, automation platforms, forms, and third-party software • Implement tracking, analytics, and conversion monitoring • Maintain website security, updates, backups, and performance • Collaborate with marketing, media, investor relations, and executive leadership • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all websites • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions quickly • Recommend and implement website improvements based on analytics and user behavior What Success Looks Like • Multiple company websites successfully redesigned and launched • Improved website performance and speed • Increased lead generation and conversion rates • Consistent corporate branding across all digital assets • Strong collaboration with internal departments • Effective use of AI to increase productivity and execution speed • Proactive problem-solving and project ownership Qualifications: Required • Minimum 3 years of professional web development experience • Strong WordPress development experience • Experience with Elementor, Divi, Webflow, or similar platforms • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design • Experience integrating CRM systems and marketing platforms • Strong understanding of website performance optimization • Working knowledge of SEO best practices • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects • Must be able to work in the office Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Preferred • Experience building websites for financial firms, investment firms, private equity groups, hedge funds, family offices, capital management firms, or corporate organizations • Experience within the Oil & Gas industry • Experience within the Energy sector • Experience working with investor-focused websites • Experience creating secure corporate websites • Experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms • Experience with API integrations • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) • Understanding of lead generation and marketing funnels • Graphic design experience is a plus Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 per year + Bonus

Compensation:
$50,000-$65,000 per year
