Cheesemonger - Fresh Market & Salumi Specialist

Eataly Dallas is seeking a Cheesemonger for our cheese department, home to 500+ high-quality cheeses sourced from Italy and locally. You will assist guests with selections, weigh and package products, and keep displays neat and labeled. Reports to the Fresh Market Manager, maintains FIFO standards, rotates stock, and shares cheese knowledge with guests.
