This position works directly with the franchised business location. The specific job duties and benefits can vary between franchises.

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage high-quality patient care.
• Supervise all clinical staff, including mid-level providers.
• Oversee Occupational health / DOT Physicals / Workers Compensation / Immigration Physicals.
• Ensure all charts are filled out and medical records are completed in a timely fashion.
• Process biological specimens when needed.
• Lab Supervision as needed.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Room, Family Practice, Occupational Medicine, or Orthopedic Medicine (w/ER or Urgent Care experience)
• Excellent communicator with staff, patients and management.
• Professional appearance, great attitude and great bedside manners.
• Problem solver, quick learner, fast thinker.
• Computer systems and EMR savvy.
• HIPAA compliant.
• Active and current medical license to practice in the state of California, DEA number, and state-controlled substance certificate, as required.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently

Compensation: $105.00 - $150.00 per hour
