AP Coordinator

Job Description One of our largest clients is looking for an AP Coordinator who will be supporting the LatAm Venue Management Finance and Accounting team by ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. This role plays a key part in maintaining supplier records, supporting month‑end close activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies, internal controls, and financial systems. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
