Your primary goal will be to show potential renters our available rental portfolio, in addition to assisting two sales teams with showings of listings to their potential Buyers. $80,000+ Commission based

• Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
• Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
• Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
• Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
• Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions

• Show company rental properties to applicants.
• Provide field support to the property management team.
• Assist the sales team with available listings showings to potential Buyers.

• Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
• Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
