Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Surveyors! Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work. Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner and submitting a report online. All survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop to include attachments. Responsibilities Survey both residential and commercial properties. Take photos of the property. Obtain property details and overall conditions. Provide timely reports. Submit reports online via PC/Desktop with attachments. Qualifications & Requirements Reliable car to drive to inspections. Microsoft computer running Windows 10 or newer. Smartphone or digital camera. Reliable home internet. Basic computer and communication skills.
