Warehouse OperatorWarehouse Operator Radwell International LLC | Warehouse Operations Full-Time | Hourly | On-site Schedule: Monday–Friday – 5am to 2pm 1 Millennium Drive, Willingboro, NJ 08046The Warehouse Operator is responsible for fulfilling orders by accurately picking and processing inventory through the AutoStore automated storage and retrieval system. Additional responsibilities include inventory replenishment, cycle counting, and inventory control tasks. This role works closely with ASRS technology, conveyor systems, and warehouse software to process inventory through QA order closing and prepare items for immediate shipment, consolidation, or transfer to technicians on the production floor.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure timely and accurate inventory picking and fulfillment transactionsPick sales orders, requisitions, and transfers using WM6 softwareEnsure order accuracy and consistency across all system platformsInvoice orders in P21Route picked inventory to appropriate areasInduct incoming inventory into the AutoStore systemPerform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracyIdentify and report inventory discrepanciesCross-train in other warehouse areas to support operational goalsPerform other duties, tasks, or work as assignedQualificationsInventory management or warehouse experience preferredDependable and reliableOrganizedAbility to work independentlyAbility to follow written instructionsKnowledge & Skills RequiredStrong computer proficiencyAbility to multi-taskAbility to work at a fast paceAttention to detailAbility to troubleshootProblem-solving abilitiesStrong communication skills with management and team membersEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredPhysical DemandsLong periods of continuous standing, turning, and repetitive hand motionLimited sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawlingFrequent walkingFrequent lifting up to 50 pounds and continuous lifting up to 25 poundsCompensation & CommissionThe recruiting base pay scale for this full-time position is $18 per hour. Within the base pay scale, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Eligible for commission after successful completion of the introductory 90-day period.Work ScheduleThis is an hourly position scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 6:30pm. The schedule may change based on business needs.
