About the Position DaVita is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center. Requirements Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required Current CPR certification required IV certification required if required by state regulations High school diploma or equivalent required Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system BOENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation Minimum of one year’s experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; functional proficiency in computer systems of DaVita within 90 days of hire required What You Can Expect Build meaningful and long term relationships with patients and their family in an intimate outpatient setting. Licensed Practical Nurse ICHD Experienced: $33.75-$44.00 per hour. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $66,300.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $66,300.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $62,353.20/year. New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $17.00/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $17.00/hour, Remainder of New York state: $16.00/hour.
