Gastroenterology Physician (GI/ERCP) – Bristol, TN
Covering multiple opportunities with a clear schedule, a competitive pay package, and dedicated support from a 24/7 team. This role includes Monday–Friday coverage plus weekend call requirements with physician-led support alongside an APP. Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $4290.00 per 24-hour shift
• Callback Pay: $550.00 per callback hour

What You’ll Do

• Provide General GI coverage with ERCP case readiness as required by the schedule
• Manage consults and procedures in the Endo Suite / OR/Endo Suite environment
• Perform work aligned with phone consults and after-hours responsibilities (rare in-person callbacks after hours)
• Work 1:1 with an APP and coordinate care with supporting staff
• Support OR and in-house Endo nurses and collaborate on procedural workflow
• Document and communicate patient care using EPIC (preferred experience)

What You Need
Required

• Board Certified Gastroenterology
• TN License or IMLC (needed before confirming dates)
• ACLS and BLS
• DEA required (TN DEA)
• ERCP required
• Demonstrated experience with General GI and ERCP cases/procedures

Preferred

• EPIC experience
• CSR (preferred)

About the Assignment
This is a fixed, Monday–Friday schedule with weekend call coverage and 24-hour call (beeper + weekend call) . Providers are onsite approximately 8–10 hours per day , with after-hours responsibilities primarily handled via phone consults ; rare onsite callbacks are expected. Coverage includes the following date blocks: 06/29/2026–07/06/2026; 07/27/2026–08/03/2026; 08/31/2026–09/07/2026; 09/14/2026–10/12/2026; 10/19/2026–11/02/2026; 11/09/2026–11/30/2026; 12/21/2026–12/28/2026; 01/04/2027–01/03/2028 .
