About the Role:

Soul Care Home Health Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our caring team in Agoura Hills, CA. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervising staff
• Support clients with meal preparation and proper nutrition
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean home environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Assist with medication reminders in accordance with care plans

Requirements:

• Valid California Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required
• Previous experience in home health, personal care, or a related caregiving role preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor toward clients and families
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred
