As our Member Service Representative, you'll be the go-to person for our members' financial needs, offering personalized solutions while adhering to our credit union’s policies and goals.**Your Key Responsibilities:*** Conduct engaging loan interviews and gather essential credit history to tailor financial solutions to our members’ needs.* Assess loan applications by evaluating assets, liabilities, and credit experiences, and guide members through our loan procedures.* Clearly communicate loan alternatives, credit criteria, and documentation to ensure members feel informed and confident.* Cross-sell additional credit union services and provide expert advice to enhance members’ financial well-being.* Process a range of financial services, including membership applications, checking accounts, IRAs, and more.* Address member inquiries and resolve any issues, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.* Adhere to OFAC and Bank Secrecy Act requirements to maintain the highest standards of compliance.**What We're Looking For:*** A high school diploma or GED combined with 1-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent mix of education and hands-on experience.* A current driver’s license.**Ready to Make a Difference?**If you’re passionate about supporting your community and eager to grow your career with a team that truly cares, we want to hear from you!
