Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.

Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to implement patient care plans efficiently.

Maintain accurate patient records and document interventions and patient responses.

Assist in preparing the operating room with necessary equipment and supplies.

Demonstrate proficiency in specialized procedures, including orthopedic, general, gynecological, and podiatry surgeries.

Participate in on-call rotation to manage emergent surgical cases as needed.

Qualifications

Current RN license in good standing; Compact license required.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room setting.

Certified in ACLS, BLS, and PALS.

Experience with Epic charting system preferred.

Travel nursing experience required.

Strong knowledge in surgical procedures and infection control practices.
