About the Position

An opportunity to join an adult primary care practice for College employees and their dependents in New Hampshire

About the Opportunity

• 32 patient contact hours per week
• The average daily patient census is 8-10 with 30 and 60-minute appointments
• No call
• Team of 2 Physicians at this site along with a health coach and care team manager
• Behavioral health on site
• Duties include: Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional telehealth visits, Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams and utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
