- Design solution architectures for complex digital authentication and login initiatives across internal platforms.
- Experience designing architecture solutions for cross-functional groups
- Translate business capabilities and requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.
- Define architecture patterns using modern principles including API-first design, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Establish integration standards across internal systems, third-party platforms, and enterprise services.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, resiliency, scalability, and security standards, particularly in high-volume, mission-critical environments.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture, security, infrastructure, and data teams to ensure compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory expectations.
- Provide architectural oversight throughout delivery to ensure adherence to approved designs and technical standards.
- Support modernization initiatives, including migration toward cloud-native and hybrid cloud platforms (Azure/OpenShift).
- Influence decision-making across multiple stakeholders and guide engineering teams in resolving complex technical challenges.
- Manage multiple priorities and aggressive timelines while maintaining architectural integrity and long-term sustainability.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of overall IT experience, including significant experience in solution design, and application architecture.
- Proven experience designing and delivering client-facing digital platforms in financial services or similarly regulated industries.
- Experience implementing architecture patterns including OAuth2, OIDC, SSO, SAML, encryption, and secure integration practices.
- Familiarity with digital security components: MFA, Passkey, Biovector and Biometric solutions.
- Practical experience working within cloud or hybrid cloud environments (Azure preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership capability in influencing cross-functional teams and driving architectural decisions.
- Experience modernizing legacy systems within large financial institutions.
- Exposure to regulatory and compliance considerations in financial services environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture governance processes
