Associate Procurement Coordinator – St. Joseph, Missouri Our client is seeking an Associate Procurement Coordinator to join their Site Services department. The role involves procurement, inventory management, administrative support, and maintenance-related processes. Job Responsibilities Support the Site Services team with purchasing and procurement activities. Manage inventory records and maintain accurate documentation. Create purchase orders and requisitions to fulfill operational needs. Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Assist with administrative tasks related to maintenance and operational support. Requirements Experience in administrative support, procurement, or inventory management environments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Exposure to SAP or similar purchasing and inventory systems is preferred. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
