Role Description The Client Services Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA. This role supports financial professionals by managing client inquiries, preparing account paperwork, and ensuring timely follow-up on service requests. Daily responsibilities include responding to phone and email inquiries, scheduling appointments, updating client records in CRM and custodial systems, and coordinating documentation for new accounts, transfers, and account changes. The Client Services Associate will assist with meeting preparation, including gathering reports, statements, and presentation materials, and may support the delivery of information on financial planning, investment services, and employee benefits. The role also involves monitoring account activities, resolving service issues with internal and external partners, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions. Qualifications Strong client-facing skills, including Client Services and Customer Service, with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships. Experience in Customer Support and Communication, including clear verbal and written communication and professional phone and email etiquette. Foundational knowledge of Finance, particularly in areas such as financial planning, investments, and/or employee benefits, or a willingness to learn these areas quickly. High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar) and comfort learning CRM and financial services platforms. Ability to work collaboratively with advisors and team members on-site in Atlanta, GA, while maintaining a client-first mindset. Prior experience in a financial services, banking, or professional services environment is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
