The financial analyst will… Responsibilities Support and prepare key business analytics Support annual operating budgets/future forecasting Weekly reporting on key performance metrics to the field Gathering and maintaining requested information for 3rd parties Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven analytical and organization skills Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment and take on more tasks as they come Ability to think outside the box, true analytical thinker, not just process follower Education Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. Experience 1 – 3 years previous experience in a similar role. Experience in Senior Housing/Residential Real Estate preferred.
