Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist

Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Health / Early Intervention

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a growing, patient-focused team. This role focuses on providing early intervention services to pediatric patients, primarily ages 0-3, with occasional cases up to 8 years old. This is a field-based position offering the opportunity to work in diverse environments, including patient homes, daycare centers, schools, and ABA clinics.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with families, occupational therapists, and healthcare professionals
• Deliver therapy across home, school, and community settings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric experience (independent practice)
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage caseload independently

Licensure & Certifications

• Active North Carolina SLP License (Required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) - ASHA

Schedule & Work Structure

• Flexible schedule (typically between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
• Starts as part-time, transitions to full-time within ~2 months
• Typical caseload: up to 6-8 patients per day (30-minute sessions)
