You'll do this by:Bringing the Energy: Greet every student with excitement, making lessons something they look forward to.Teaching the Basics and Beyond: Guide students using fun and effective methods to master life-saving swim skills.Cheering Them On: Communicate regularly with parents, celebrate milestones, and offer tips to keep the progress going at home.Being a Safety Champion: Keep the facility and learning environment safe, clean, and welcoming for everyone.Sharing the Love: Get to know Diventures' swim programs inside and out to inspire and guide families through their aquatic journey.What You Bring to the Pool Deck You're someone who lights up a room - or a pool deck! You're patient, approachable, and always up for a challenge.
