Remote clients, from on-site office. This role is more Project/Process management, heavy problem solving and personality management (dealing with sellers, buyers, lenders, accountants, attorneys). At this time, the hole they need to fill is someone from a banking background who is used to reading financial statements, following due-diligence procedures to reduce risk and verify claims, working with paperwork to close the deal. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects Conduct thorough financial and lien due diligence to assess the viability of potential business transactions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support Proactively identify and pursue business development opportunities Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments Essential Job Functions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements Demonstrated experience in banking, preferably within a relationship or portfolio management role Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Strong drive for success and goal attainment Skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain relationships for the team, within the team, and with the, often long run business owners and buyers.
