Bindery Associate Job Description 1st Shift- 7am-3pm Pay: 15/hour Position Summary The Bindery Associate will learn and perform several different functions within the Bindery department. This position works as part of the finishing process for unique, diverse products with processes that ensure high quality, precision, and efficiency. Job Duties & Responsibilities Collate materials for fan decks, including full sheets and individual leaves Sort and place customer-provided dividers and indexes into the fan deck in the correct sequence Operate the drilling machine and ensure quality drills in each product Complete final assembly and posting fan decks to quality standards Operate the die cutting machine Assemble and package product sets and kits Organize and tray materials coming from the Cutter Operators Sort, sequence, and organize materials for customer product kits Perform all other duties as deemed necessary Qualifications & Requirements Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and focused on ensuring a high level of quality High school diploma or equivalent preferred On-the-job training provided Must be able to read and write in English Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods Must be able to walk, stand, stoop, bend, twist, grip, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation Must be able to see the full spectrum of colors accurately Peoplelink Staffing, a leader in the staffing industry for the past 33 years, continues our vision of 'linking' communities through employment.
