The work:

• Lead onsite project management services for data center construction projects, ensuring schedules, milestones, and deliverables are developed, maintained, and achieved in alignment with project objectives.
• Track and control project scope, budget, risks, and timelines, proactively resolving issues that may impact quality, cost, or delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, general contractors, vendors, and internal partners, to drive consistent execution across E2 sites.
• Monitor vendor and contractor performance, ensuring accountability, adherence to contractual terms, and compliance with project standards and best practices.
• Define, manage, and enforce change management and change control processes, ensuring all changes are documented, communicated, tracked, and implemented consistently.
• Facilitate meetings and stakeholder engagements, providing clear status updates, managing open action items, and supporting alignment on cost, schedule, and scope.
• Oversee financial controls, including budget alignment, contingency tracking, change orders, invoice review, GMP audits, cash flow projections, and pay application validation.
• Support construction activities in the field, applying industry best practices for construction oversight, design review, and quality assurance.
• Drive project closeout activities by participating in closeout meetings, tracking issue resolution, reviewing as-built documentation, and validating final deliverables.
• Maintain ongoing documentation and reporting, delivering weekly updates, managing shared trackers, providing written design feedback, and supporting version control and lessons learned.
• Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs. Here's what you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management for construction or infrastructure projects, with direct responsibility for schedule, cost, and scope control.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting data center, mission-critical, or hyperscale infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in change management, vendor coordination, contract administration, invoicing, and budget tracking within formal project governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience with project documentation, reporting tools, shared trackers, and structured communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience working specifically on hyperscale or mission-critical data center environments.
• Background supporting GMP contracts, audits, and retention release processes.
• Exposure to engineering design review and validation of as-built documentation.
• Strong familiarity with construction best practices and industry standards for quality and compliance.
• Ability to produce clear executive-level status reporting and financial forecasts.
• Experience driving lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives across programs.

$150,000 - $220,000 a year Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Massachusetts, Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
