Warehouse Associate


The Warehouse Associate is responsible for organizing the receiving, storage, movement, and shipment of products and materials to support quality standards, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and company KPI goals.


Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for domestic/international shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (CMS).
• Process shipments through LTL, UPS, USPS, and customer pickup.
• Ensure products are shipped accurately, on time, and in good condition.
• Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and wrap machines.
• Inventory Control & Inspection

Education & Experience Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience with logistics, customer service, RF scanners, and warehouse systems preferred.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM systems.
• Forklift certification required within one week of hire.
• Knowledge of OSHA/safety standards and LEAN/continuous improvement practices preferred.

Required Skills & Abilities

• Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities/deadlines.
• Basic math and report/document interpretation skills.
• Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions.

Schedule & Pay


Monday - Friday | 1st Shift | 7:00am - 3:00pm


$20/hr and Paid Weekly
