Position Overview: As a Retail Stylist at Uncommon James, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an unparalleled shopping experience to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and offering styling advice tailored to individual needs. Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Uncommon James products, including new arrivals and bestsellers, to effectively communicate product benefits and features. Styling: Offer personalized styling sessions, helping customers put together looks that enhance their personal style and meet their specific needs. Sales: Achieve and exceed sales goals by actively engaging customers, upselling, and cross-selling products. Visual Merchandising: Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store is visually appealing and products are displayed according to brand standards. Inventory Management: Participate in inventory management tasks, including restocking, organizing, and maintaining product displays. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment. Brand Ambassador: Represent Uncommon James brand values and aesthetics, maintaining a professional and fashionable appearance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion or jewelry Fashion Savvy: Strong understanding of current fashion trends and a keen eye for style.
