Job Details 8‑hours | Day shifts | No weekends Salary: $97,760 – $104,000 per year Location: Bridgeport, CT Schedule: Full‑time, Mon‑Fri, 7:00 am‑4:00 pm Employment type: Permanent Pay: $97,760 (BSN) and $104,000 (MSN) Hiring bonus: $2,000 About the role This is your opportunity to lead, teach, and inspire—without the chaos of the floor. Responsibilities Arrive on campus at 7:30 am and prepare for the day. Teach practical nursing topics using real‑life examples. Prep students for clinicals and guide them with confidence and care. Lead the skills lab (vitals, medication pass, wound care, and more). Assist a student 1‑on‑1, grade papers, and prepare for the next day. Leave campus by 4:00 pm—no burnout, just purpose. Qualifications Active CT RN license. 4+ years of clinical nursing experience. BSN nursing degree required. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
