Talent Acquisition Partner III

About the Role The Talent Acquisition Partner II is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring. The role collaborates closely with business leaders to understand staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans. Leverage recruitment tools and social media to build a strong talent pipeline and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct thorough screening and assessments of candidates to evaluate fit for open positions. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate ATS records and provide regular updates to hiring managers on status and pipeline. Prepare job descriptions and postings in collaboration with hiring managers. Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication. Support other HR‑related tasks and projects as needed. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience). Typically 2+ years of recruiting experience. Recruiting knowledge and basic understanding of business group operations. Basic knowledge of overall recruiting strategies. Ability to translate hiring manager needs into effective sourcing strategies. Experience promoting strategic ideas and collaborating with business leadership. Experience using social media networks to find and connect with candidates. Preferred Qualifications Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. 1+ year experience with Workday recruiting software. Experience in the space and defense industry. Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring. Compensation Pay Range: $102,941.00 - $141,543.50. Actual base compensation will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis based on job‑related knowledge, skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
