Overview EIP is growing, and we’re looking for an Estimator to join our team in Oberlin, OH. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with numbers and technical drawings, and collaborating with a hands‑on manufacturing team, this could be a great opportunity. This role helps turn customer drawings and project specs into accurate manufacturing cost estimates. Estimating experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train someone with a strong manufacturing or technical background who’s eager to learn. What You’ll Do Prepare cost estimates for manufacturing projects Review blueprints, CAD drawings, and customer specs Calculate material, labor, and production costs Work with sales, engineering, purchasing, and production teams Support customer quotes and project planning What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints Manufacturing or technical experience preferred Comfortable with Excel and Microsoft Office Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn Why EIP?
