Chick-fil-A is more than a restaurant — it's a place where leaders grow, teams thrive, and people are developed. We're looking for a Kitchen Manager who is ready to take ownership, lead with purpose, and help create an exceptional experience for both guests and Team Members.

What You'll Do
  • Lead daily kitchen operations and keep the team moving with speed and excellence
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, cleanliness, and accuracy
  • Train, coach, and develop Kitchen Team Members
  • Build an organized, positive, high-performing kitchen culture
  • Manage inventory, food prep, waste, and kitchen equipment
  • Lead shifts and solve problems quickly and confidently
  • Partner with restaurant leadership to improve operations and results
What We're Looking For
  • A natural leader who enjoys developing people
  • Strong work ethic and a take-ownership mindset
  • High standards and attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm, organized, and positive in a fast-paced environment
  • Restaurant or kitchen leadership experience preferred, but great character and leadership potential matter most
Pay & Perks
