Business Solutions Analyst III (Guidewire) - Remote

Position Overview Business Solutions Analyst III – Remote Location: Remote anywhere in the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Responsibilities Work directly with stakeholders to define, document, and drive business requirements for technology and process changes. Own business requirements analysis and documentation, facilitating cross‑functional collaboration and managing requirements through the product lifecycle, including UAT testing support. Formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user needs and applicable business systems and industry requirements. Apply business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques to ensure solutions meet business needs. Plan and monitor analysis activities, maintain standardized approaches, and align with project goals. Collect and document requirements using techniques such as customer journeys, process flows, use case models, and data models. Translate business requirements into functional design specifications and identify key data inputs and flows across multiple systems. Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, facilitating validation, prioritization, approval, and traceability. Manage the requirements change process, ensuring changes are communicated, documented, and assessed for impact. Facilitate requirement review sessions and obtain necessary approvals. Prepare and manage UAT plans, develop test cases, schedule tests, and support issue resolution. Qualifications & Experience 4+ years of business systems analysis experience. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of insurance business (Personal Lines, Commercial Auto, Claims, Operations). Guidewire Certified Analyst 2 is a plus. Proficiency with diagramming tools (UML, Visio, Lucidchart, draw.io, iGrafx, Miro, Guidewire, pricing tools). Experience with structured testing methodology, SDLC, and project management practices. Strong data analysis skills and ability to run queries across platforms. Strong collaboration, oral, and written communication skills. Learning agility and ability to adapt to evolving technology needs. Preferred Additional Experience Experience supporting large transformations, enhancements, vendor system implementations, reporting, or conversion projects.
