Advanced experience owning outcomes and decision making, solving ambiguous problems and influencing stakeholders; deep expertise in domain.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in program management. 8 years of experience with infrastructure.

Preferred qualifications: 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience with launching NPI products in the Compute, Networking, and Infrastructure areas. Experience in product management, software engineering, hardware engineering, and computer hardware. Ability to lead teams of highly talented, self-sustaining individuals with a track record of quickly earning credibility based on your knowledge and accomplishments. Ability to identify organizational needs, establish priorities, work separately, drive results through informal authority, serve as a trusted consultant to key business partners, and represent users and customers in every thought and interaction.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $192000 - $279000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
