Our warehouse in Chillicothe, OH 45601 relies on skilled professionals who value safety, accuracy, and teamwork. As a Forklift & Material Handling Technician, you’ll be the link between receiving, storage, and shipping—ensuring every pallet is where it should be and every trailer leaves on time.

Impact of the role

• Keep product flowing by operating forklifts and other equipment to move, stage, and slot inventory.
• Protect product and people while loading and unloading trucks, placing goods with precision.
• Uphold safety by performing and documenting daily equipment inspections.
• Support inventory integrity through accurate system updates and participation in stock counts.
• Promote a safe workplace by following all safety standards and company policies.
• Partner with teammates to continuously improve processes and efficiency.
• Escalate equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management without delay.

What it takes to succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Experience operating forklifts in warehouse/industrial environments.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety.
• Physically able to lift heavy loads and perform manual tasks.
• Effective communicator and dependable team player.
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks for inventory and reporting.
