Position Overview

We are hiring Consumer Insurance Call Center Phone Sales Representatives to connect with prospective clients, educate them on insurance options, and help them select coverage that fits their needs.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced phone sales environment and enjoy helping people while earning based on performance.

You will work with inbound and/or outbound leads, build rapport with customers, and guide them through the insurance enrollment process.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients

• Build trust and maintain professionalism on every interaction
