What You Will Do Design and deliver functional and beautiful workplaces for Technology, Financial Services Firms, Professional Services Firms, and many other types of organizations You will be an integral part of our teams and actively foster a respectful, creative, and inspiring design environment Perform interior design assignments that include interpreting client’s needs, space planning, conceptual design, schematic design, design development and construction documentation Deliver design solutions requiring independent judgment and application of best practices Responsible for the selection and presentation of furniture systems, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), color palettes, and lighting Generate design with 3D models, Revit, Sketchup or other software, create digital 3D view to communicate design concepts Select interior finishes and reflected ceiling plans, elevations, details, specifications, and material selections needed for construction Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts Serve as a primary contact for external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators Guide and mentor less experienced teammates Your Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture from an accredited program 6-10 years of relevant experience with interior architecture / interior design, inclusive of 1+ years of Workplace, Professional Services Firms, Financial Services Firms, or Headquarter interior design (please highlight this experience in your portfolio and/or resume) Proficiency with Revit, SketchUp, and AutoCAD Pursuit of NCIDQ certification is preferred Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and/or SPEXX is a plus Strong leadership, verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills Hand rendering skills to communicate design concepts are a plus LEED accreditation or WELL AP is preferred Demonstrated commitment to resilience and sustainable building practices This role is not remote or hybrid; we look forward to working with our new team member in our dynamic Tampa office.
