Precision Air is a locally trusted HVAC company serving the Murfreesboro and surrounding Middle Tennessee area. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. Position Summary The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a key role in ensuring excellent customer experiences by answering calls, scheduling service appointments, and supporting daily office operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, multitasking, and working in a fast‑paced environment.
