We are seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist who is friendly, organized, and enjoys being part of a team committed to excellence in patient care.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Schedule:
  • Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Practice Environment: Collaborative, patient-centered, and supportive
• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal dental hygiene services
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and preventive care
• Build strong patient relationships through excellent communication and compassionate care
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure an exceptional patient experience
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support efficient office operations
• Adapt to the needs of a growing practice while maintaining a positive and professional attitude

Required Qualifications

• Active Indiana Dental Hygienist license in good standing
• Team-player mentality with a collaborative approach to patient care
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality clinical care and patient education
• Dependable and motivated with a strong work ethic

Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
